All returns are handled on a case by case
basis. It is at our discretion to issue a refund for any item. Contact
must be made within 72 hours of delivery to initiate a refund, via
either email or phone. If no contact is made, the item will not be
accepted for return. Please note that restocking fees may apply to
returned items, depending on the condition of the item. Payments will
not be returned until the item has been re-shipped to us in it's original packaging with it's original packing material. No exceptions.
