Education: Bachelor of Music Performance from Kennesaw State University
Teaching Experience: Nico has had the pleasure of teaching students in the past couple years that have won top chairs in violin and viola in All State Orchestra from middle school up to high school.
Performance Experience: Nico has participated in several music festivals in Spain France and China along with the GMEA All College Orchestra 2011 as Principal violist and soloist, and a finalist in MTNA Chamber music competition. He has also performed in events for the Confucius Institute of China, The Free Masons of Atlanta, Spivey Hall, the Atlanta Symphony Guild, and the Georgia Music Hall of Fame. Along with freelancing and recording in multiple genres, Hueso has been a guest soloist with the rock band Kansas in 2011 for their Collegiate Symphony Tour, and has performed for tribute groups commemorating artists such as Otis Redding. Recently Hueso has recorded with Soundz, Kelly Rowland and Ike Stubblefield.
Speciality: improvisation, part writing, Suzuki violin and viola methods, and classical repertoire interpretation
